1. Return Policy
We have a 5-day return policy, which means you can request a return within 5 days of receiving your item. To be eligible, the item must be unused, unworn, with tags, and in its original packaging, along with a receipt or proof of purchase. Returns are only accepted for damaged products, and you must provide video proof of the damage upon unboxing.

If your return is accepted, we will provide you with a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

2. Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, so we can evaluate the issue and resolve it.

Certain types of items cannot be returned, including:- Personal care & hygiene products (such as nasal strips, beauty products, etc.).
- Custom products (special orders, personalized items).
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.
- Sale items or gift cards (non-refundable).

4. Exchanges
The fastest way to get a replacement item is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, place a new order separately. -
5. Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and let you know whether your refund has been approved. If approved, you will be automatically refunded via your original payment method within 7-10 business days. - Please note: Banks and payment providers may take additional time to process and reflect the refund.
